Since Covid lockdown opened the opportunity to work remotely, Kenton-on-Sea has seen a surge in families now calling this place home. With a host of excellent schooling options available within a 40 kilometer radius, it creates the opportunity to enjoy this lifestyle all year round.
Urban Sanctuaries is no different. When the rumour of the impending lock down was confirmed, we headed to our newly acquired house in Kenton-on-Sea. So it was that we found ourselves, contemplating life from the comfort of our hanging basket chairs.
Unlike most people around the world, we were privileged to enjoy our uninterrupted 180 degree sea view from Kasouga coastline to Kwaaihoek and beyond. This time for reflection gave rise to the possibility of moving our business from Port Elizabeth to Kenton-on-Sea.
Our business has been largely about dreaming up a perfect home and then bringing it to life and then selling it. So we started to conceptualise 23 Donkin Drive. That has now been sold and we went on to develop 19 Donkin Drive.

It has been 3 years since starting to build 23 Donkin Drive. As this year concludes, we have completed our third development and five new houses for clients, three swimming pool and deck projects, two garage additions and a home update.
